 Vacuum or sweep?

 

To avoid dirt of grit build up, vacuuming or sweeping your real wood floors is a must. Always ensure that your vacuum has a brush or felt attachment so it will not damage your floor. Sweeping is best done using a nice soft head sweep and will also assist in giving you years of pleasure with your floor.

Spills

 

Moisture and fluids are top of the list of things to avoid with a natural wooden floor, any spillages should be cleaned up quickly, check with supplier for specialist cleaning products or ask us for recommendations.

 

Furniture pads

 

Always place furniture pads under any furniture in your room. These are readily available from any good quality DIY store.
